Mind by Cure Clinics is launching as a psychiatrist-led, technology-enabled service redefining ADHD and neurodiversity care in the UK.
We’re looking for a consultant psychiatrist to help shape it from the very beginning.
We’ll be providing care for adults and wider neurodiverse individuals seeking timely, expert, and compassionate support, including those who have struggled to find it elsewhere.
As the latest expansion of the Cure Clinics group, Mind by Cure Clinics (MBCC) will provide turnkey ADHD assessment, treatment, and long-term care, fully integrated with our own pharmacy. Wrap-around, end-to-end care for people who need it and want the best, delivered seamlessly.
Our ambition is to create a centre of excellence for neurodiversity: starting with ADHD, and expanding into other neurodevelopmental and mental health conditions as we grow. We are seeking a consultant psychiatrist to join as co-founder and clinical director. This appointment comes with founding equity ownership and a long-term stake in building a national centre of excellence in ADHD care and beyond. You’ll need personal vision, resilience and resolve.
You will be one of three equal founding partners. Together we’ll shape:
• Our clinical model and patient journey.
• Our CQC registration and governance.
• Training for the next generation of ADHD clinicians.
• The expansion of holistic services (therapy, coaching, workplace support).
• The experience of caring for people with neurodivergence.
• The future of neurodivergence care.
We are looking for a psychiatrist who is:
• Specialised in ADHD and neurodiversity.
• Experienced across NHS and private sectors.
• Ambitious, commercially aware, and entrepreneurial.
• A willing leader – approachable, credible, and trusted.
• Ready to commit long-term to building something exceptional.
